We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 2000x2000 pixels). Low-resolution images may appear pixelated when printed.

You can use any image you own or have the rights to use. Please do not upload copyrighted images, logos, or content you don't have permission to use. We reserve the right to reject designs that infringe on intellectual property rights.

Custom designs are reviewed within 1-2 business days. We'll email you once your design is approved and in production. If there are any issues with your design, we'll reach out to discuss options.

You can request changes before your design is approved. Once production begins, we cannot make modifications. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Credits are used to access our AI-powered design features: heightmap generation (5-15 credits depending on model), background removal (3 credits), style transfer (20-25 credits), and high-resolution exports (2 credits).

No, credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until you use them.

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using credits, please contact us and we'll help resolve the situation.

Our notebooks are A5 size (148mm x 210mm), perfect for journaling, sketching, or note-taking. They feature 120 pages of premium 100gsm paper.

Our signature 3D effect is created using AI-generated heightmaps that give your images a sculptural, embossed appearance. The cover is printed using advanced techniques that bring out depth and dimension in your design.

Yes! Our 100gsm paper is thick enough to prevent bleed-through with most fountain pens. It's also great for markers, gel pens, and regular ballpoint pens.

We currently ship to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll try to accommodate your request.

UK orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders take 7-18 business days depending on location. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.

If your notebook arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Due to the personalized nature of custom notebooks, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective. Pre-designed notebooks can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

Minor color variations between screen and print are normal. However, if there's a significant difference or printing error, contact us with photos and we'll make it right.
