• Custom notebook design services using AI-powered 3D effect generation
• Pre-designed notebook products
• Design tools including heightmap generation, background removal, and style transfer
• A credit system for accessing premium design features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Custom Design Orders

4.1 Design Review Process

All custom design orders are subject to review by our team before production. This review process typically takes 1-2 business days. We reserve the right to reject designs that:

• Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Do not meet our production quality standards

4.2 Design Ownership

You retain ownership of original designs you create and upload. By submitting a design for production, you grant us a limited license to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4.3 Your Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that any designs you submit do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others and that you have the right to use any images or content included in your designs.

5. Credits System

Our credit system allows you to access premium design features:

• Credits are purchased in packages and added to your account
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Refunds for credits are subject to our Refund Policy

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in your selected currency. We accept payment via:

• Credit and debit cards (processed securely by Stripe)

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honored for that order.

7. Shipping and Delivery
