1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following countries:

- New Zealand

2. Processing Times
2.1 Custom Design Orders
Custom design orders require additional processing time:
- Design Review: 1-2 business days after order placement
- Production: 5-7 business days after design approval
Total time from order to shipment for custom designs is typically 6-9 business days.
2.2 Pre-Designed Products
Pre-designed products ship within 2-3 business days of order placement.
2.3 Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly advertised on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Orders page.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. International Shipping
6.1 Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our shipping costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges before placing your order.
6.2 Customs Delays
International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. These delays are outside our control, but we will assist where possible if you contact us with concerns.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup. Please follow the carrier's instructions to receive your package.
7.2 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you've made an error, contact us immediately and we will attempt to update the address before shipment.
7.3 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Look for a delivery notice
- Wait 24-48 hours as packages sometimes arrive later than tracking indicates
- Contact the carrier directly
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at hello@shapify.art and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
7.4 Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please refer to our Refund Policy for information on how to report damage and request a replacement.
