Our Commitment

Sustainability at Shapify

Creating beautiful products shouldn't come at the planet's expense. Here's how we're working to minimise our environmental impact.

Responsibly Sourced Materials

The paper in our notebooks comes from FSC-certified sources, ensuring it's sourced from responsibly managed forests. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to environmental stewardship.

  • FSC-certified paper from sustainable forests
  • Vegetable-based inks where possible
  • Recycled materials in our bindings

Minimal Packaging

We've designed our packaging to protect your notebooks during shipping while using the minimum amount of material. No plastic, no unnecessary fillers - just what's needed to get your order to you safely.

  • 100% recyclable cardboard packaging
  • Paper-based protective wrapping
  • No single-use plastics
  • Right-sized boxes to reduce waste

Print-on-Demand

Unlike traditional retail, we don't produce thousands of notebooks that might never sell. Every notebook is made to order, which means zero unsold inventory and no waste from overproduction.

  • No excess inventory waste
  • Each product made specifically for you
  • Efficient production processes

Carbon-Conscious Shipping

We're working to reduce the carbon footprint of our shipping. Where possible, we consolidate orders and use carriers with strong environmental commitments.

  • Partnering with eco-conscious carriers
  • Consolidating shipments where possible
  • Exploring carbon offset options
